Pasta with asparagi and Istrian smoked ham

Pasta: Durum šurlice

Ingredients: for 4 – 500 g Paštaria šurlice, 150 g Tonka cooking cream, 600 g asparagus, 100 g Istrian smoked ham, lemon juice and peel, Grana Padano cheese, olive oil, seasoning: salt, pepper, basil

Preparation

Add the olive oil to the heated pan and fry the chopped asparagus tips together with the sliced smoked ham. Add grated lemon peel and the juice of half a lemon as well as salt, pepper and basil. Leave to simmer covered for 5 minutes and stirring occasionally. Add the boiled Paštaria šurlice to the pan and mix slightly. Once cooked, add the Grana Padano cheese and a little Tonka cooking cream. Buon appetito with Paštaria!
