Pasta: Lasagne flat with spinach
Ingredients: for 3 - 500 g of flat lasagne with spinach Paštaria, 2.5 dl Tonka cooking cream, 500 g cleaned fresh or frozen shrimps, 50 g butter, olive oil, onion, garlic, parsley, seasoning: salt and pepper
Briefly fry the chopped garlic in olive oil, on medium heat, together with the cleaned and hulled shrimps. Add the cooking cream and parsley, and season it well. Mix the sauce with the cooked green lasagnas and add a bit of butter so the pasta won’t stick. Buon appetito with Paštaria!
