Pasta in mushroom and seed sauce

Pasta: Durum Bows

Ingredients: for 4 – 500 g Paštaria butterflies, 100 ml Tonka cooking cream, 250 g fresh mushrooms, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 sprigs of fresh thyme and rosemary, olive oil, Grabancijaš cheese


With a pestle and mortar grind together the garlic, rosemary and some olive oil whilst the pasta is cooking. Put 2-3 spoons of olive oil in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and ground ingredients and mix well. Season and add the seeds and pour over the cooking cream. Cook the sauce for 5-10 minutes in a covered pan. Add the boiled pasta and some grated grabancijaš cheese. Buon appetito with Paštaria!
