Seafood spaghetti

Pasta: Durum Spaghetti

Ingredients: or 4 – 500 g Paštaria spaghetti, 1.5 kg mussels, 2 small onions, 500 g of cherry tomatoes, garlic, parsley, 300 ml white wine, olive oil, Grana Padano cheese, seasoning: salt, pepper


Soak the mussels in cold water and wash well. Fry the chopped onion and garlic in the olive oil and add the mussels. Pour in the white wine, stir and cook until the mussels have opened. Throw away any closed mussels. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, some tomato sauce and season. Serve the boiled spaghetti with the sauce and decorate it with some chopped fresh parsley.
