Red pasta with olives

Pasta: Durum Penne

Ingredients: or 4 – 500 g of Paštaria quills, one onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 kg of cherry tomatoes, 100 g of black olives, olive oil, parsley, seasoning: salt, pepper, basil


Slice and chop the onion, garlic and mashed cherry tomatoes and fry them briefly in olive oil. Add the chopped parsley and olives to the sauce, and then some basil leaves whilst the pasta quills are boiling in salted water. Serve the pasta with the sauce and a leaf of fresh basil. Buon appetito with Paštaria!
