Pasta and bean soup

Pasta: Durum Maccheroni

Ingredients: for 4 – 250 g Paštaria penne, 225 ml tomato sauce, 15 g tomato paste, 225 g beans, 1 carrot, 1 stick of celery, 1 onion, olive oil, seasoning: salt and pepper


Fry the chopped vegetables in the olive oil and stir well. In the meantime, half boil the Paštaria penne and then add them to the fried vegetables in the water where you previously cooked the pasta. Add the boiled beans, tomato paste and sauce and season well. Buon appetito with Paštaria!
