Fusilli with smoked salmon

Pasta: Durum Fusilli

Ingredients: for 4 – 500 g Paštaria fusilli, 250 ml Tonka cooking cream, 100 g smoked salmon, 10 g capers, garlic, olive oil, seasoning: salt, pepper


Fry some chopped garlic and smoked salmon in the olive oil. Add the capers and Tonka cooking cream, season well and stir. Cover and simmer and in the meantime cook the Paštaria durum fusilli. Mix all the ingredients well and serve hot. Buon appetito with Paštaria!
